Mandarin Library Automation delivers cataloging, circulation, and inventory solutions for libraries, schools, and other institutions. User experience and interface design was provided for Manadrin’s M5 product which provides a web based interfaced to manage and view a library’s catalog. The process for the project included outlining critical workflows in wireframe format to understand key challenges and use cases for the web based catalog. From which a clean and intuitive interface was designed allowing quick access to resource information via intuitive and best practice search interactions.
